During one week in January, PhD Candidate Frida Svedin made a study visit at the Norwegian University of Technology and Science (NTNU) in Trondheim, Norway. The purpose of the study visit was to get an insight into 'Experts in Teamwork', a compulsory course for all master's students at NTNU. The course aims to teach the students to work in interdisciplinary teams.

During the study visit, Frida got to meet some of the 3,000 students who are currently studying the course in 'Experts in Teamwork', which is NTNU's signature subject. Frida also had the opportunity to discuss with teachers and course leaders, and had a talk with Bjørn Sortland, one of the people who started developing 'Experts in Teamwork' 20 years ago.

Frida takes with her a lot of inspiration and knowledge from the visit to Trondheim. She already has plans to put what she learned there into practical activities for students at Uppsala University:

– In March, a colleague and I will organise a student event inspired by 'Experts in Teamwork', says Frida. It will be a full day for students at Uppsala University who will gain knowledge and experience in teamwork. It will be really fun and something I’m looking forward to!
