Course participants on site during Blodomloppet

Yesterday, Sweden's largest excercise event, Blodomloppet, took place in Uppsala. The purpose of Blodomloppet is to raise awareness about the need for blood donation and promote a healthy lifestyle. In addition to many happy participants, students from the Health Dialogue course were also present for their final examination.

Students from the Health Dialogue course were present at the tent at IFU Arena during Blodomloppet.

The purpose of the course is for students to try and utilize various tools and methods to promote collaboration with other healthcare professionals, as well as develop their ability to communicate and engage with patients and citizens.

As part of the course, students organised activities and provided information on public health to Blodomloppet participants at a tent located at IFU Arena, where the race participants crossed the finish line.

– The students did an amazing job during Blodomloppet! It was very enjoyable to see them interact and engage the public in discussions about public health, says Frida.
